In August you made a batch of paint for me from a sample part I sent you for a project I am working on. Every one I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I must say I was nervous about sending a part which I cannot replace 2/3's of the way across the country. I found you first on the Internet. I called your company and talked to Joyce. She told me what you needed for a color match. I had the paint delivered right to my door step. I live in the TX hill country and I order almost all of my supplies by mail all of the time. As you know, not all paint reduces the same way. After speaking with you, I had the understanding of what I was working with, I was ready to start. I bought two quarts of your paint to spray the jeep with. I first prepped it with 180 grit sand paper. I fixed a few bad spots , dents and some rust. Then I primed those spots with some cheap lacquer primer. I then sanded the jeep once more with 320 grit. After I taped it off it was ready for paint. I reduced your paint with acetone until it would shoot through my Accuspray HVLP gun. The paint completely had the jeep covered in two wet coats. I was very impressed with the finish after it was dry. During the time that I was spraying the jeep I had found that I had missed one rust spot. I repaired it later and touched it up with a brush and you couldn't see it at all. The touch up blended into it great. Thanks for all of your help and great products.
